What is an AdaMarie Mirror?

A Mirror is a woman or ally in STEM—or someone who supports STEM careers—who leads with both excellence and authenticity. When our community sees real stories from people they can relate to, it not only inspires confidence but helps everyone feel a true sense of belonging.

As a Mirror, you’ll inspire others simply by sharing your genuine journey—challenges, milestones, and everything in between. Share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with; every experience matters and can make a difference for someone else.

 FAQs

  • Once your story is published, it will be discoverable through Google search and featured on our blog, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels to inspire our community. Your story will never be used in any other way without your permission.

  • Just complete the interview questions below. After you submit your responses, we’ll reach out by email to request a headline photo and, if you like, additional candid images to accompany your story.

  • Your responses may be lightly edited for grammar or clarity, but we will never change the meaning of your story. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at communications@ada-marie.com. 

  • Yes! We will send you a draft of your story for your review and approval before it goes live. You’ll have the opportunity to request any changes or clarify details.

  • Not at all. We welcome stories from all backgrounds and career stages—whether you’re just starting out, changing directions, or have decades of experience. Every journey matters and can inspire others.

  • You are always in control of your story. If you decide you’d like your profile taken down in the future, just email us at communications@ada-marie.com. It will be promptly removed.
